We understand that time is of the essence when it comes to printing projects. That's why we offer fast turnaround times on all of our services. Our team works efficiently to ensure that your project is completed on time, without sacrificing quality.
SHIPPING TIME
Once your order is processed, it will be carefully packed and shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the package has shipped. Transit times below are an estimation provided directly by the carrier and may vary depending on holidays, weather, or unexpected carrier delays. We are not responsible for your order once it is shipped and in the hands of the carrier. Each order is insured for up to $100.

Shipping & Returns
PRODUCTION TIME
Most of our items are made to order. Occasionally there will be pre-made, ready to ship items available and will be clearly marked as such. Our made-to-order items are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Because of this, some items take a bit longer in production but are well worth the wait. If you need your order by a specific date, please note that date on your order. Current processing times are as follows:

*Our production time is subject to change during peak seasons. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates on orders shipped through USPS.
DIGITAL PROOFS
Digital proofs are available upon request when adding the item to your cart. Once your order has been placed you will receive digital proof to your billing email within 2-3 business days. Once the final proof has been approved, your order will ship within 3-6 business days. Each order may receive up to two digital proofs per image. Three or more proof will incur an additional fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase with no fee. If you request a cancellation outside of that timeframe, fees will apply.
Custom orders are not eligible for cancellations once the payment has been made.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and photos showing the problem in detail. If it is our error, we will either correct and resend the item or refund the purchase price.
